Names of Endearment

2-25-2015 Mary just called me and said sometimes Charlie sits in a room and hollers out things to people, so last night he was in a room by himself and hollers out "Hey Sissy, you know how you always call me buttbrain?"  Sissy replies "yes".   "Well I thought of a name for you, its assbrain, because ass means butt so you are assbrain. "   After Mary could control her laugh, she had a talk with the two of them about their names of endearment.

 

Christmas 2014

We had another great, great Christmas.  I know I am late in posting but it was awesome.  Brian and Mary surprised Leah, Sissy and Charlie with a great Christmas present, they took them on a cruise on 12-27-14.  They left for New Orleans on 12-26, boarded the ship on 12-27 and celebrated New Years Eve on the ship.  They had an awesome time.  Here are

Our pretty Miss Leah turns 11

Leah has had a rough last couple months of the year.  She ended up in the hospital with kidney stones, (this was her 3rd round of kidney stones) but she bounces back quickly.  So in November she was in the hospital and then December 16, 2014 she turned 11.  Below is a picture of her in the hospital and her birthday.

 

 

Our handsome Dylan turns 8

Our Dylan boy turns 8.  Dylan and I went to Toys R Us to get his birthday presents and then we went to Culvers for lunch and ice cream.  Dylan keeps me laughing.  He is my heart.

 

 

Kylie girl turns 11, what a doll!

August 13, 2014 Kylie and I went shopping for her birthday present and had lunch at Steak and Shake.  Kylie is such a sweetheart. We had a great day.  Then on August 23, 2014 we celebrated her birthday at Rock n Roll arena, fun had by all.

 

 

 

 

Miscellaneous stories from the kids

In September of 2014, Charlie announced to his family that his teacher said he looks like John Jay of the Cardinals because he wore his Cardinal hat backwards and so does John Jay.

In October of 2014, Leah and I watched a horror film together and it was her first one.  I forgot the name of it but she wanted me to post this.

On November 4, 2014, Dylan came in that morning and his voice was raspy, I said are you losing your voice and he told me no, it was just pausing. 

These kids make me laugh everyday!!!!!!!!!!!

Grandma and her 5 Angels go to Grants Farm

Today is 9-7-2014 PawPaw left for fishing, so I decided to take my 5 angels to Grants Farm for the day, it was beautiful out and we had a great day.  We started off on the tram and then went to a show.  Leah was picked to participate, little did she know she was going to assist in holding an albino python, as you can see in the picture she was a little freaked.  Next we went to the elephant show and this time Charlie was picked to feed the elephant.  This was the 2nd time we have been to the show and the 2nd time Charlie was picked.  Something about that boy.  He did a great job.  We fed and pet some animals and then had our picture taken.  We had an awesome day.
